Alkali Resistant Brick

Introduction

Alkali-resistant brick is a refractory product with low alumina refractory clay or low alumina pyrolite clinker as the main raw material. It is mainly used in cement kiln preheater, calciner, tertiary air duct, rotary kiln and other parts.  The process flow is generally mixed in a certain proportion after the granulation and pulverization processes. It is then pressed and fired at high temperature.

Product Features

This product has alkali corrosion resistance in cement kiln system. At high temperature, it will react with alkali metal oxides to form a high viscosity liquid phase, forming a glaze protective layer. This protective layer will cover the surface of the brick and block the surface pores to prevent the penetration and erosion of K+, Na+and other alkali metal melts. Therefore, it can resist alkali and corrosion.
