Introduction
Ceramic fiber board is a kind of high-temperature material, which is made of raw materials such as ceramic fiber and organic binder. It has excellent high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, thermal insulation and mechanical strength. It is often used in the fields of heat insulation, heat preservation, fire prevention, etc. of high-temperature equipment.
The manufacturing process of ceramic fiber board generally includes: raw material mixing, pressing, drying, cutting and other processes. Ceramic fiber boards with different properties and uses can be obtained by different raw material combinations and manufacturing processes.
Due to its excellent performance, ceramic fiber board is widely used in steel, non-ferrous metals, petrochemical, electric power, construction and other industries, especially in high temperature thermal insulation, fire prevention, corrosion resistance and other aspects.
Manufacturing Process of Ceramic Fiber Board
The ceramic fiber board uses the ceramic fiber (short, fine, easy to break and mix) as the raw material.
Add a certain proportion of binder, filler and auxiliary agent into the ceramic fiber, and fully disperse it into slurry in the mixing tank through the beater engine.
Pump the slurry into the forming tank and mix it with compressed air.
Put the mold into the forming pool, and use the principle of vacuum to make the fiber slurry adsorbed on the mold.
Accurately control the adsorption time, vacuum dewater and demould the wet fiber material, and place it on the tray and send it to the drying furnace for drying for 10-24 hours.
The dried fiberboard is processed by special grinding machine and trimming machine to accurately control the size.
